Management committee members should consider placing information on this wiki first. However, there are some types of information that have better tools for the job.
The management team have been issued accounts with Apps for your domain. The Google Apps account will allow access to the following portals:

- Calendar: http://calendar.commonmap.info
- (Please consider using Manymoon to add events rather than Google Calendar, as it is currently a one way linkage.)
